East Meets West Aviation is an international aviation group with operations across the UAE, USA, Canada, Singapore and Pakistan. We are looking for an accurate and trustworthy Finance Officer / Accountant to own the day-to-day finances of our Pakistani entity and support cross-border financial coordination across the group.

This is a standalone finance role for someone who is meticulous, reliable, and comfortable working across international operations.

What you'll do:

  • Bookkeeping and maintaining the general ledger (QuickBooks or similar)
  • Accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and expense management
  • Bank reconciliations and cash-flow tracking
  • Tax compliance with the FBR — income tax and sales tax returns, withholding statements
  • Monthly financial reporting and support for the annual audit
  • Coordinating international payments and transfers, and liaising with banks
  • Supporting budgeting and group financial consolidation

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting or Finance, or ACCA / CA (part-qualified or finalist)
  • 3+ years in an accounting/finance role, ideally in an SME or group environment
  • Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) and Excel
  • Solid knowledge of FBR tax filing and Pakistani accounting standards
  • Strong English for international coordination, with high attention to detail and integrity
