About Us

We're a B-Corp certified, full-service marketing agency based in Vancouver, Canada. Our team creates engaging digital experiences for clients across industries, combining strategy, creativity, and technology.

Role Overview

You'll own the conversion between prospect interest and booked sales call. You'll review and respond to inbound replies from our outbound campaigns, qualify the conversation, handle objections, and consistently put booked discovery calls on the sales team's calendar. This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role: high autonomy, real ownership, direct collaboration with the sales team, and a clear path to expanded responsibility as the program scales.

Key Responsibilities

Reply Management

  • Read every inbound reply closely to understand what the prospect is actually asking, what they care about, and what's holding them back
  • Review AI-drafted responses, confirm they address the real question, then refine the angle and tone so the reply sounds human, specific, and confident
  • Carry conversations across multiple messages when prospects need more information before they're ready to book
  • Handle objections, answer specific questions, and redirect to the calendar when the prospect is ready

Qualification & Booking

  • Qualify every reply against our ICP and the sales team's intake rubric
  • Convert qualified replies into booked discovery calls on the sales team's calendar
  • Run brief qualification calls when prospects need a live conversation before they're ready to commit to a full discovery call
  • Send confirmation, follow-up, and pre-call context to reduce no-shows
  • Hand off each booked call to the assigned account executive with a clean written brief

Sales Team Partnership

  • Sync regularly with the sales team on what's in flight, what booked, what stalled, and what to adjust
  • Pass back lead-quality and ICP feedback so targeting and messaging keep improving
  • Co-own the qualification rubric as new segments come online

Pipeline Hygiene

  • Move every conversation through the right pipeline stage in our CRM, on time, every time
  • Keep contact records, notes, and custom fields accurate and current
  • Maintain a clear view of what's open, what's stalled, and what's next so the sales team is never guessing

Required Skills & Experience

Must have

  • 2-4 years of B2B sales development, inbound response, or appointment-setting experience with measurable outcomes (meetings booked/month, reply-to-meeting conversion, show rate). Bring examples — we'll ask.
  • Strong written sales communication — replies that sound human, specific, and confident
  • Solid grasp of sales psychology: when to push to a call, when to answer the question first, when to walk away
  • Native or near-native English fluency — non-negotiable
  • Daily use of AI tools like Claude as a working partner — be ready to walk us through a real workflow you've built
  • Bias to ship, honest with data, highly organized

Nice to have

  • Experience handling replies inside a high-volume outbound program
  • Experience targeting North American SMBs (trades, home services, professional services)
  • Experience with multi-channel response (Loom, video, LinkedIn)
  • Experience coaching or onboarding other sales contributors as the team scales

Tools & Software

You'll be comfortable working across a modern sales stack, including tools like:

  • Cold email platforms — Instantly, Smartlead, or similar
  • Async collaboration — ClickUp, Slack, Loom, or similar
  • AI — Claude or similar, as a daily working partner
