Job Description – Operation Trainee

1. Position Overview

The Operation Trainee will support the daily operational activities of Quality Aviation, ensuring smooth processing of travel services, customer coordination, documentation, and backend support. This role is designed to develop the trainee into a full-time Operations Executive through hands-on learning, structured tasks, and continuous training.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Travel Operations Support

• Assist in booking flights, hotels, ground services, and travel itineraries.
• Prepare and manage PNRs, invoices, confirmations, and travel documents.
• Coordinate with airlines, GDS systems, and suppliers for reservations or changes.

B. Customer Handling

• Communicate with customers professionally through calls, email, or WhatsApp.
• Provide updates, confirmations, and necessary travel information.
• Support in complaint resolution and customer follow-up.

C. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of bookings, files, and customer data.
• Prepare daily operational reports for supervisors.
• Ensure all documents are aligned with company SOPs.

D. Internal Coordination

• Work closely with the Finance, M&E, and Ticketing teams.
• Assist the operations team in task execution and workload management.
• Support team members during peak periods and urgent cases.

E. Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Follow company SOPs, quality standards, and timelines.
• Ensure accuracy in data entry, booking details, and customer files.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all tasks.

3. Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Basic knowledge of travel services (airlines, hotels, itineraries).
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Quick learner and team player.

4. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred: Business, Tourism, Aviation, or related field).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Internship experience in travel/aviation will be a plus.

Pay: From Rs35,000.00 per month
