About the Role

We're a growing e-commerce business selling food products on Amazon Vendor Central, and we need an experienced listing copywriter who knows the platform inside and out. You'll receive product images, product codes, and pricing — and your job is to turn that raw data into polished, compliant, high-converting listings uploaded directly into Vendor Central.

Key Responsibilities

• Write optimized product titles, 5-bullet feature sections, and product descriptions for food items
• Upload and manage listings directly in Amazon Vendor Central
• Ensure all content meets Amazon's food category guidelines and compliance requirements
• Integrate relevant keywords naturally for search visibility without keyword stuffing
• Maintain consistent tone, accuracy, and quality across a high-volume catalog
• Flag missing product data, image issues, or compliance concerns proactively
• Communicate clearly and daily with the team during Eastern Time hours

Core KPI: 30 approved listings per week

Amazon Vendor Central experience — You must have hands-on experience uploading and managing listings in Vendor Central. Seller Central alone is not sufficient.

Basic SEO knowledge — You understand how to research and integrate keywords into titles, bullets, and descriptions to improve search ranking and visibility.

Excellent written English — Near-native fluency. Your copy must be clear, grammatically clean, and persuasive to North American shoppers.

Also Required

• Experience writing for food products specifically — knowledge of ingredient lists, health claims, compliance language, and food category standards on Amazon
• Ability to work independently and manage 30 listings per week consistently
• Available 9 AM–3 PM Eastern Time, with flexibility for earlier or later shifts
• Reliable internet and a professional remote work setup

Pay: From Rs1,000.00 per hour
