WE'RE HIRING: REMOTE SALES CLOSERS (USA-Based Company)
Work From Home | Anywhere in Pakistan | Earn in Dollars
Let's be honest. Most people cannot do this job.
This is not a "customer service" role. This is not reading a script in a call center. This is closing deals with American customers over the phone, in real time, against real objections. If that sentence made you nervous, stop reading now.
But if you're the person who gets a "no" and hears "not yet"... keep going.
Who We Want
A closer. Not a talker. There's a difference.
- 2 to 3 years of phone sales experience. Real closing experience. If your last job was answering queries, this is not for you.
- Fluent English with a US accent. You will be judged in the first 10 seconds of every call. If a US customer can tell you're reading, you've already lost them.
- A negotiator. You know how to hold your price, handle pushback, and turn hesitation into a yes. If you aren't a good negotiator, don't apply. We mean it.
- Night-shift ready. US hours, Pakistani grit.
- Target-driven. You don't need motivation. Targets ARE your motivation.
- Fully equipped to work. Your own laptop, fast and reliable internet, and electricity backup (UPS/generator/solar). If your setup drops mid-call, so does the deal. No laptop, no backup, no application.
- Quiet, professional workspace. Non-negotiable.
What You Get (If You Can Handle It)
- PKR 90,000/month base salary after completing training
- Commission up to $500/month on average target achievement. Yes, dollars.
- Bonuses + perks from your FIRST month on hitting target
- Full training on a proven sales system. No product knowledge needed to start. We'll give you the weapon. You bring the aim.
- 100% remote. Work from anywhere in Pakistan.
The Hours
- 7:30 PM to 5:00 AM PKT (US business hours)
- Monday to Saturday
