About the Role

Right Room is looking for a confident and results-driven Cold Calling Agent to join our growing team. If you have a proven sales background, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to convert cold conversations into warm leads, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
• Build rapport and engage potential customers professionally.
• Qualify leads and generate warm opportunities for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and lead information.
• Meet daily and weekly call and lead generation targets.
• Represent the company professionally in every client interaction.

Requirements

• Exceptional spoken and written English (American English accent is highly preferred).
• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is essential.
• Proven ability to convert cold calls into qualified warm leads.
• Strong client-facing and customer relationship skills.
• Excellent persuasion, objection-handling, and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary of PKR 70,000–100,000 (depending on experience).
• Fully remote position.
• Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (PKT) + Weekends: Off

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
