Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage inventory and store operations for Home Textile and Apparel accessories
• Ensure uninterrupted availability of accessories to support production plans and shipment schedules
• Develop and maintain minimum, maximum, safety stock, and reorder levels for inventory items
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Procurement, Planning, Production, and Stitching teams to ensure timely material availability
• Manage supplier coordination for deliveries, shortages, and inventory discrepancies
• Oversee receiving, storage, issuance, transfers, and inventory reconciliation through the ERP system
• Monitor inventory aging, slow-moving, and obsolete stock, and recommend corrective actions
• Conduct cycle counts, stock audits, and periodic physical inventory verification to maintain inventory accuracy
• Ensure implementation of FIFO, proper bin management, labeling, and warehouse best practices
• Prepare inventory reports, KPIs, and MIS for management review
• Lead the store team and drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and compliance with 5S and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field
• 7–10 years of experience in inventory and store management, preferably within the textile manufacturing industry
• Proven experience managing Home Textile & Apparel Accessories inventory
• Strong knowledge of inventory planning, warehouse operations, and material flow management
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and inventory reporting

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• in inventory and store management: 7 years (Preferred)
