Info Tech Solutions digitizing Company are looking for a talented digitizing designer * machine operator to work alongside our embroidery digitizing team. You will be responsible for creating new embroidery designs for men's & women and market trends.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to design embroidery artwork being mindful of embroidery techniques, color, base fabric, artwork placement and silhouette, with guidance and directions.
• Work with embroidery suppliers design/ production team for sample development and approvals.
• Keeping a record of punching files with colors & stitches used.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily embroidery production activities.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure efficient operation of embroidery equipment.
• Assign work schedules and tasks to embroidery operators and helpers.
• Review production orders, designs, and specifications before production starts.
• Ensure embroidery quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate embroidery operators and production staff.
• Troubleshoot machine, design, and production issues to minimize downtime.
• Monitor production output and ensure targets are achieved within deadlines.
• Coordinate with production planning, quality assurance, and maintenance teams.
• Maintain accurate production records, machine logs, and inventory usage reports.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety policies and company procedures.
• Optimize workflow and recommend process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.

Requirements

• Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in Textile, Garment Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in embroidery production, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of computerized embroidery machines and embroidery production processes.
• Ability to read and interpret embroidery designs, production specifications, and technical requirements.
• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in production reporting and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in garment export or textile manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of embroidery software and machine programming.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement practices.

Salary : 50,000 to 80,000

Timings : 10:00 am to 08:00 pm

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 60.0 per week

Work Location: On the road
