Position Summary

We are looking for a Data Analyst to transform operational and business data into meaningful insights that support management decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Excel, data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and data visualization, with the ability to work with large datasets and identify trends, gaps, and performance opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
• Analyze operational, project, financial, workforce, and business data to identify trends and performance gaps.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
• Use advanced Excel functions including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Pivot Tables, and Charts.
• Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar visualization tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.
• Automate repetitive reporting processes and improve reporting efficiency.
• Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate required data.
• Track KPIs and prepare performance analysis for management review.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Present analytical findings and actionable recommendations to management.
• Maintain proper documentation of reports, datasets, and analytical processes.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or any relevant discipline.
• Professional certifications in Data Analytics / Power BI will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Data Analysis, MIS, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or a similar role.
• Experience in a telecom, infrastructure, construction, engineering, or project-based organization will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI and dashboard development.
• Strong data cleaning, analysis, and visualization skills.
• Knowledge of SQL will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, MIS, and management reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
