Control Room Administrator

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Control Room Administrator to support the cashier with daily cashing-up procedures and routine transaction checks.

This is a basic administrative role that requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to maintain clear daily records.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the cashier with the daily cashing-up process.
• Check vouchers, discounts, and deleted transactions each day.
• Verify that transaction details and daily records are accurate.
• Identify and report any differences or unusual transactions.
• Maintain organized records of completed checks.
• Coordinate with the cashier or relevant team members when clarification is needed.
• Complete assigned administrative tasks accurately and on time.

Key Requirements

• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Good attention to detail and basic numerical ability.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete routine checks accurately.
• Responsible, honest, and organized approach to work.
• Previous experience in administration, cash handling, or a similar role will be preferred but is not required.
