Position Title: Architect
Department: Design & Planning

Position Summary

The Architect is responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing technical drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing construction support to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with design intent, technical standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare concept, schematic, detailed, and construction drawings for architectural projects.
  • Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, architectural details, and material specifications.
  • Coordinate architectural designs with structural, civil, and MEP disciplines.
  • Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical proposals submitted by contractors.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure architectural works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Resolve design and construction-related technical issues during project execution.
  • Prepare tender drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, safety requirements, and project standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Review façade, finishing, interior fit-out, and architectural detailing works.
  • Maintain design records, revisions, approvals, and as-built documentation.
  • Support project planning, design coordination, and project closeout activities.

Required Qualifications, Skills & Competencies

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, construction methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Ability to prepare technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in site supervision, design coordination, and consultant management.
  • Knowledge of BIM and construction documentation processes is preferred.
