I&K Enterprises is seeking a Deputy Creative Head to lead the visual and creative direction across all brand platforms within its Marketing & Brand Management Department at the Executive Office in Lahore.

Job Description:

The Deputy Creative Head at I&K Enterprises will lead creative vision and visual storytelling for Nexton and De’Lesh. The role requires a highly innovative thinker and strong visual storyteller who can generate fresh concepts, drive creative excellence, and deliver impactful work across the personal care and cosmetics portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Direction & Quality: Lead the development of original, innovative and high-impact creative concepts that strengthen brand identity across all platforms. Ensure premium visual storytelling, execution quality and trend-relevant ideas.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into insight-driven creative strategies that support brand growth, product development and innovation.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management: Manage multiple creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Present and communicate creative concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and motivate a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation and continuous improvement.
  • Creative Innovation: Continuously generate fresh, distinctive, and unconventional ideas, challenge traditional approaches and identify emerging trends and opportunities to keep the brands creatively ahead of the competition.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree (Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Advertising, or a relevant Creative/Media field) is essential.

Experience:

  • 8–10 years of relevant professional experience in creative roles is essential.
  • Experience of at least 4-5 years of proven leadership experience in a senior creative capacity is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in the FMCG or Personal Care sector is highly desirable.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Expert knowledge of Brand Management, Creative Strategy, Digital Media Trends and Quality Control in design production.
  • Strong understanding of Print Production and Advertising Campaigns is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong conceptualization, creative thinking, innovation and visual storytelling abilities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects, meet deadlines and perform under pressure.
  • Experience with Video Editing, Animation, external agencies and vendors is desirable.
  • Demonstrated willingness to explore new technologies, trends and creative approaches.
