We're looking for a visionary Creative Art Director who can transform ideas into captivating campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who loves sketching concepts, planning creative executions, directing visual storytelling, and leading a team of talented designers and creatives.
If you're the person who sees a blank page and immediately starts imagining the masterpiece, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Create sketches, storyboards, mood boards, and visual directions.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and turn ideas into actionable creative plans.
- Direct designers, animators, video editors, and content creators.
- Ensure consistency across all branding and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, and Product teams.
- Oversee digital campaigns, social media creatives, packaging, and advertising materials.
- Utilize AI-powered creative tools to enhance ideation and production workflows.
What We're Looking For
- Strong sketching and visual conceptualization skills.
- Ability to plan and communicate creative ideas clearly.
- Experience in Art Direction, Creative Direction, Branding, or Advertising.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color, and composition.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with AI creative tools is a plus.
- Natural leadership and mentoring abilities.
- A portfolio that showcases both creativity and strategic thinking.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in e-commerce, beauty, fragrance, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Knowledge of video production, animation, and storytelling.
- Experience building and leading creative teams.
