Job Specifications

• Shift: Morning
• Location: Banigala, near Imran Khan Chowk, Islamabad
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS Fine Arts preferred)
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience (school experience preferred)

• Good communication and student engagement skills
• Experience in crafts, drawing, painting, and visual projects
• Patient, friendly, and child-focused personality

Key Responsibilities / Duties

1. Classroom Teaching & Creative Instruction

• Conduct art classes focused on drawing, painting, and crafts
• Teach basic art concepts, color theory, and visual expression
• Encourage students to explore creativity and imagination
• Organize interactive and enjoyable art sessions

2. Craft & Project Activities

• Design and implement craft-based learning activities
• Guide students in creating art projects using different materials
• Promote hands-on learning through creative assignments
• Encourage teamwork in group art projects

3. Lesson Planning & Preparation

• Prepare daily and weekly art lesson plans
• Develop creative worksheets and project ideas
• Use visual aids and demonstrations for better understanding
• Adapt activities according to age and skill levels

4. Student Development & Engagement

• Encourage creativity, imagination, and self-expression
• Build confidence in students through artistic activities
• Identify and support talented students in arts
• Promote appreciation of visual arts and creativity

5. Classroom Management

• Maintain an organized and clean art classroom
• Ensure safe use of art materials and tools
• Manage student behavior during creative activities
• Encourage discipline while maintaining a fun environment

6. Assessment & Feedback

• Evaluate student art projects and participation
• Provide constructive feedback to improve skills
• Maintain records of student progress in art activities
• Appreciate creativity and effort of students

7. School Participation

• Participate in school events, exhibitions, and activities
• Support decoration and creative displays for school functions
• Collaborate with teachers and administration
• Contribute to building a creative school environment

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
