Job Description

• We are looking for a mature, highly experienced, energetic, and result-oriented *Senior Sales & Business Development Manager* to significantly expand sales of our premium fresh vegetables, microgreens, mushrooms, sauces, and other value-added food products.
• The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the food industry, strong market connections, and a proven track record of generating new business and increasing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to significantly increase sales and revenue.
• Identify and secure new customers, including restaurants, hotels, cafés, supermarkets, and food distributors.
• Expand sales of fresh vegetables, specialty greens, mushrooms, sauces, and other food products.
• Build long-term relationships with chefs, restaurant owners, purchasing managers, and retail buyers.
• Introduce new products and develop additional sales channels.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and secure repeat orders.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely recovery of payments.
• Report directly to senior management on sales performance and business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 10–15 years of relevant sales and business development experience, preferably in FMCG, fresh produce, foodservice, or food distribution.
• Established contacts within Karachi's restaurant, hotel, supermarket, and food distribution sectors.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to independently generate substantial new business.
• Commercially minded, self-motivated, and comfortable with field sales.
• Previous experience in a senior sales or business development role preferred.

Compensation

*Attractive salary package plus performance-based incentives*, commensurate with experience and proven sales capabilities.
