Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant & HR Administrator to manage financial records and assist with HR administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge along with experience in HR documentation and employee record management.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Responsibilities
- Maintain daily financial transactions and bookkeeping
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Handle bank reconciliations
- Maintain financial records and documentation
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning
HR Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding process
- Manage attendance and leave records
- Support payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 2–4 years experience in accounting or HR administration
- Good knowledge of Excel and accounting software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Xero / ERP systems
- Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
- Good problem-solving skills
