Project Management Trainee (Technical) | 3-Month Internship | On-Site – Karachi

Brand Republic is looking for a proactive and technically inclined Project Management Trainee to join our team. This internship is ideal for Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, and Computer Engineering graduates who aspire to build a career in technical project management, software delivery, client management, and team coordination.

As a Project Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience overseeing software and digital projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, communicating with clients, and ensuring projects are delivered on time while meeting quality standards.

Internship Details

• Position: Project Management Trainee
• Duration: 3 Months
• Location: P.E.C.H.S Block 06, Karachi
• Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Job Type: Full-Time Internship (On-Site)

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree or final-year student in:

• Computer Science
• Software Engineering
• Information Technology
• Computer Engineering
• Or a related technical discipline

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document client requirements for software and digital projects
• Coordinate with developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and creative teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and track project milestones
• Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Perform basic Quality Assurance (QA) and review completed work before client delivery
• Ensure project deliverables align with client requirements and quality standards
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and meeting minutes
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams
• Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and workflow management

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles, web development, mobile applications, and software products
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies
• Basic knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com
• Understanding of software testing and QA processes
• Strong leadership mindset with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
