Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Biomedical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Rawalpindi. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining medical devices and equipment that enhance patient care. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of safety and efficacy while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop biomedical equipment and devices, ensuring they meet clinical needs and regulatory standards.
• Conduct research to improve existing technologies and create innovative solutions for healthcare challenges.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including clinicians, scientists, and regulatory affairs personnel to bring products from concept to market.
• Perform testing and validation of medical devices to ensure functionality, reliability, and safety.
• Prepare technical documentation for product submissions and compliance with industry regulations.
• Provide support during the manufacturing process, including troubleshooting issues that arise with production equipment or processes.
• Stay updated on advancements in biomedical technology and integrate relevant innovations into product development.

Qualifications

• BSc degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in IVD field preferred. Fresh candidates can apply
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Strong knowledge of medical devices, diagnostics, and laboratory equipment
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintenance
