SHINE Humanity Pakistan is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our healthcare team and support accurate and timely laboratory services at our clinic.

Requirements:

• Diploma/BS in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or equivalent qualification
• Valid professional registration, where applicable
• 1–2 years of relevant laboratory experience preferred
• Hands-on experience in sample collection, processing, testing, and reporting
• Knowledge of laboratory safety, infection prevention, and quality control procedures
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills
• Experience in a clinic, hospital, or community healthcare setting will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine laboratory tests as assigned
• Receive, label, process, and handle patient samples accurately
• Ensure proper sample storage and timely processing
• Maintain laboratory equipment, supplies, and work areas
• Follow laboratory SOPs, safety, infection prevention, and quality control procedures
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and test results
• Monitor laboratory supplies and report replenishment requirements
• Ensure proper segregation and disposal of laboratory and biomedical waste
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other clinical staff regarding laboratory requirements and results

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month

• Kasur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
