Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and develop new international markets and business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with overseas distributors, agents, and key customers.
- Develop market entry strategies for targeted countries.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve annual export sales and profitability targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial agreements, and distribution contracts.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where required.
Customer & Distributor Management
- Manage relationships with international distributors and partners.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and business issues.
- Conduct regular business reviews with overseas partners.
- Support partners in marketing and promotional activities.
Export Operations & Compliance
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Regulatory Affairs for smooth order execution.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, customs requirements, and country-specific regulations.
- Monitor shipment schedules and delivery performance.
Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Identify opportunities for new product launches in international markets.
- Develop strategic plans for market expansion.
Reporting & Management
- Prepare monthly sales reports, market updates, and business forecasts.
- Present business performance and growth opportunities to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, contracts, and sales activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in International Sales, Export Management, or Business Development.
- Experience dealing with international distributors and export markets.
Pay: From Rs400,000.00 per month
