Job Description: Medical Device Business Development & Documentation Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, research-oriented, and detail-focused professional to manage written communication with international medical device manufacturers, support business development activities, and prepare professional business and legal documentation.

The ideal candidate must have excellent English writing and comprehension skills, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to conduct product and manufacturer research, draft professional emails, maintain follow-ups, and assist in preparing agreements and other formal documents. Candidates with an academic or professional background in Radiology, Medical Physics, Biomedical Sciences, or Biomedical Engineering will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• International Email Communication: Draft, review, and manage professional emails with international medical device manufacturers, suppliers, and business partners.
• Manufacturer Research: Identify and research international medical device manufacturers, their product portfolios, certifications, regulatory approvals, and potential distribution opportunities.
• Business Development Support: Prepare company introductions, partnership proposals, distributor inquiries, product presentations, and follow-up communications.
• Follow-Up Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with manufacturers, track ongoing discussions, and ensure timely responses and progress on business opportunities.
• Technical Research: Research medical devices, product specifications, clinical applications, regulatory requirements, and market opportunities.
• Legal Documentation: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing NDAs, distribution agreements, letters of authorization, memorandums of understanding (MOUs), and other business documents, under appropriate supervision.
• Microsoft Office: Prepare professional presentations, reports, correspondence, databases, and tracking sheets using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain organized records of manufacturers, contacts, quotations, agreements, email correspondence, and ongoing projects.
• Coordination: Coordinate internally with management and technical teams to support international partnerships and business development activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Radiology, Medical Physics, Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
• Excellent written English proficiency, including professional email drafting, comprehension, grammar, and business correspondence.
• Strong command of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent internet research, analytical, and information-verification skills.
• Strong follow-up, organizational, communication, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to understand technical medical device information and communicate it clearly.
• High attention to detail, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with medical device manufacturers, hospitals, distributors, or healthcare technology companies.
• Familiarity with medical device certifications and regulatory requirements, including CE marking, FDA clearance, and relevant local registration processes.
• Experience drafting business correspondence, reviewing commercial agreements, or preparing formal documentation.
• Background in radiology or medical physics, with an understanding of medical imaging equipment and clinical applications.
• Previous experience communicating with international companies is an advantage.

The position is particularly suitable for someone who enjoys researching international healthcare companies, communicating with manufacturers, and supporting the development of medical device distribution partnerships

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
