Job Summary

Win Win Marketing & Developers is looking for a professional and service-oriented Waiter with a strong hospitality background to provide exceptional food and beverage service to management, clients, and guests. The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills, maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation, and ensure a welcoming dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve tea, coffee, beverages, and meals to management, employees, clients, and visitors professionally.
  • Prepare meeting rooms with refreshments before meetings, interviews, and corporate events.
  • Ensure all serving areas, pantry, and dining spaces remain clean, organized, and hygienic.
  • Set up and clear tables efficiently before and after meetings or events.
  • Monitor pantry supplies and inform the Administration department of replenishment requirements.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Handle guest requests courteously and respond promptly to service needs.
  • Assist during company events, conferences, and VIP visits.
  • Maintain a neat appearance and wear the assigned uniform at all times.
  • Perform other hospitality-related duties assigned by the Administration department.

Hiring CriteriaQualification

  • Matric or Intermediate (Hospitality certification will be an added advantage).

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Waiter in hotels, restaurants, clubs, corporate offices, or the hospitality industry.
  • Experience serving VIP guests and senior management will be preferred.

Required Skills

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Professional grooming and etiquette.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
  • Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and during events.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Time management and attention to detail.
  • Honest, reliable, and trustworthy.

Preferred Background

Candidates with prior experience in the hospitality sector, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, clubs, or corporate hospitality services, will be given preference.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
