Key Responsibilities

• Operate the POS system and process customer orders accurately
• Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions
• Confirm orders before finalizing bills
• Maintain accurate opening and closing cash balances
• Issue receipts and provide correct change
• Support upselling of relevant add-ons, drinks, sides, and promotions
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams regarding order status
• Handle customer queries professionally at the counter
• Process discounts, refunds, voids, and cancellations only with proper approval
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
• Reconcile POS sales and payment records at the end of each shift
• Report cash shortages, payment issues, or POS problems immediately
• Maintain updated knowledge of menu items, deals, and promotions
• Follow Wrap Lab grooming, attendance, and customer-service standards

Requirements

• 1–2 years of cashier, retail, restaurant, café, or QSR experience preferred
• Basic understanding of POS systems and cash handling
• Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently during busy and peak hours
• Honest, responsible, and comfortable handling cash
• Basic knowledge of card and digital-payment transactions
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• QSR or restaurant experience will be an advantage

Educational Background

• Intermediate or equivalent
• Basic computer and POS-system knowledge preferred
