Serves as the primary ambassador at the entrance, welcoming guests, managing table reservations, seating arrangements, and ensuring a warm, professional first impression.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & OPERATIONAL DUTIES

· Warmly greet arriving guests at the entrance, inquire about table preferences, and escort them to designated seating.

· Manage waiting lists, estimate wait times accurately, and maintain guest comfort during peak operational hours.

· Answer phone calls, log table reservations, and communicate special guest requests to the Floor Manager.

· Maintain immaculate cleanliness and aesthetic presentation of the reception, entrance foyer, and menu display area.

· Assist floor team during peak rushes by providing water service, seating adjustments, or order coordination.

3. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

· Education: Intermediate or Bachelor's Degree.

· Experience: 1-2 years of front-desk, hostess, or guest relations experience in hospitality or customer service.

· Traits: Exceptional grooming, polite speech, pleasant personality, fluent communication, and composure under pressure.

4. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) & QMS BENCHMARKS

· 100% polite greeting of all entering and departing guests.

· Accurate wait-time estimation with zero guest drop-offs due to improper queue handling.

· Flawless entrance area presentation.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
