We're looking for a friendly, energetic Barista to craft quality beverages and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced café environment. You'll be the face of our shop, creating a welcoming experience for every guest while maintaining high standards for drink quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages according to recipe standards
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, including equipment and dining space
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and special requests professionally
• Follow health, safety, and food handling regulations
• Assist with opening/closing duties and inventory counts
• Work collaboratively with team members during peak hours

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience preferred
• Passion for coffee and willingness to learn brewing techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Basic math skills for handling cash and payments
• Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
