Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Islamabad. The Operations Manager will oversee daily activities across multiple subsidiary operations, ensure process efficiency, and drive consistent improvements. Responsibilities include monitoring operational performance, streamlining workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing resources, and overseeing cross-departmental initiatives. The role also involves resolving operational challenges, managing budgets, and collaborating with leadership to align business goals with operational initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong operational management and process improvement skills
  • Proficiency in project management and resource coordination
  • Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills
  • Team leadership and cross-departmental collaboration capabilities
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of budget management and regulatory compliance processes
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Office; familiarity with project management tools is a plus
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in operations roles, preferably in industries related to our subsidiaries

Must have GCC experience

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
