POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for managing the beverage bar, crafting hot/cold coffee specialty drinks, mocktails, shakes, smoothies, and juices while ensuring beverage consistency, bar cleanliness, and stock management.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & OPERATIONAL DUTIES
· Prepare espresso drinks, specialty coffees, cold brews, mocktails, fresh juices, and signature shakes per menu specs.
· Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and beverage dispensers with routine cleaning.
· Monitor coffee bean stock, syrups, dairy products, fresh fruits, and beverage packaging supplies.
· Ensure appealing drink presentation, correct glass/cup usage, garnish execution, and exact temperature serving.
· Assist kitchen team in dessert plating and cold food prep during off-peak hours or barista coverage.
3. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
· Education: Intermediate / High School Diploma.
· Experience: 2+ years of barista/beverage handling experience in specialty coffee shops, cafes, or hotel bars.
· Skills: Espresso dial-in expertise, latte art capabilities, recipe precision, and fast-paced beverage dispensing.
4. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) & QMS BENCHMARKS
· Beverage delivery time < 5-7 minutes from order printing.
· 100% adherence to beverage taste profile, temperature, and visual garnish standards.
· Daily espresso machine cleaning and zero inventory leakage.
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
