- Take accurate food & beverage orders
- Serve meals and ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain table cleanliness and dining area standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff
- Handle guest queries and resolve minor complaints
- Follow hygiene & safety guidelines
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a restaurant or café (preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and behavior
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
