Venus Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-driven Product Manager – Food Service to join our team.
Location: Lahore
Job Type: Full-time | In-person
Salary: PKR 120,000 – 180,000 per month
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager – Food Service to drive the growth and development of our Cream, Ice Cream, and other food service products across the HORECA, bakery, catering, and institutional sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies for the Food Service division.
- Drive sales and market development for Cream, Ice Cream, and other food service products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within HORECA, bakeries, restaurants, hotels, cafés, catering companies, and institutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with chefs, purchase managers, distributors, and key decision-makers.
- Promote and sell Cream, Ice Cream, dairy products, food ingredients, and other food service products.
- Conduct product presentations, sampling, demonstrations, and customer meetings.
- Develop product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and product offerings.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to achieve product and business growth targets.
- Develop and maintain a strong customer and distributor network.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, market analysis, and management reports.
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for revenue and market-share growth.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Food Service, HORECA, FMCG, Business Development, or Product Management.
- Strong understanding of the Food Service / HORECA market.
- Experience with Cream, Ice Cream, Dairy, Bakery Ingredients, or Food Products will be highly preferred.
- Strong B2B sales and business development skills.
- Proven ability to develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and market research abilities.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and market visits.
