Location: Islamabad (On-site) I-9 Islamabad
Hakeem Easy Finance is looking for a Jr. Recovery Officer to join our growing team in Islamabad. If you're passionate about helping customers, have strong communication skills, and are eager to grow in a fast-paced fintech environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, resolving issues related to loan applications, disbursements, repayments, or account status.
2. Make outbound calls for follow-ups, repayment reminders, and customer feedback collection.
3. Guide users through the mobile application and educate them on how to use the platform effectively.
4. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
5. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
7. Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments (tech, recovery, finance) as per standard operating procedures.
8. Meet individual and team performance targets (KPIs) such as call quality, average handling time (AHT), and customer satisfaction scores.
9. Adhere to data protection and confidentiality guidelines when handling customer information.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in customer service or a call center environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Urdu.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and online platforms.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Salary & Benefits: PKR 40,000/month ONLY
Job Type: Full-time (9AM to 6PM or 10AM to 7PM), Ramzan timings: 9AM to 4PM
