Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions.

• Take dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders where applicable.

• Explain menu items, prices, and available offers.

• Record customer names, phone numbers, addresses, and order details accurately.

• Enter orders into the restaurant’s ordering system.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and delivery team regarding orders.

• Handle routine complaints and refer unresolved issues to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Clear verbal communication and good listening skills.

• Basic computer and typing skills.

• Ability to record orders accurately and manage multiple calls.

• A polite and professional approach to customer service.

• Previous call center or restaurant order-taking experience is preferred.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
