About Us
MAZ TECH is hiring experienced outbound sales professionals for UK market campaigns at our Faisalabad office.
This role is suitable for candidates with a proven background in call center sales, strong English communication, and the ability to handle international customers confidently.
Who Can Apply
- Fresh candidates with strong English communication skills
- Experienced outbound or telesales agents (UK market experience is a big plus)
- Must be able to commute easily to our office at Office #47–48, 2nd Floor, Mediacom Trade City, Kohinoor, Faisalabad

What You'll Be Doing
- Making outbound calls to UK-based businesses
- Pitching our products and services
- Working on UK campaigns including Card Machines/POS, Electricity & Gas, and Broadband
- Managing leads, follow-ups, and closing sales
- Working in a structured, professional office environment
- Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM (PKT)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Alternate Saturday off
What We Offer
- Fixed Base Salary: PKR 24,000/month
- Commission: Starting from PKR 5,000 per sale
- Commission Slabs: Commission can increase up to PKR 12,000 per sale based on performance and applicable sales slabs
- Dependability Bonus: PKR 6,000/month
- Monthly Target Achievement Bonus: PKR 15,000
- Earning Potential: Top-performing agents can earn PKR 150,000–200,000+ per month
- Training: Full product and sales training provided — fresh candidates are welcome
- Professional environment with a supportive management team
Requirements
- Fluent spoken English (essential — these are UK-facing campaigns)
- Confidence on the phone and strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and hunger to earn
- Ability to commit to full-time hours
- Ability to commute to our Kohinoor office
- Previous UK sales/call center experience is a plus, but fresh candidates with strong English communication are welcome
