Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage customer inquiries, coordinate service requests, maintain client relationships, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate service requests.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/database.
- Follow up with clients regarding service feedback.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate resolutions.
- Support the sales and operations teams with customer communication.
- Prepare daily and weekly customer service reports.
Requirements
- Intermediate, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
