Full job description
We are looking for a female Call Center Representative to handle customer inquiries, provide service information, book appointments, and follow up with potential and existing clients.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
Schedule appointments and send reminders.
Follow up on inquiries and maintain accurate customer records.
Coordinate with the relevant team regarding appointments and service availability.
Prepare daily reports on inquiries, follow-ups, and bookings.
Requirements
Clear communication skills in Urdu and basic English.
A polite, professional manner and good listening skills.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and WhatsApp.
Good organization and follow-up skills.
Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred.
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
