Employment Type: Full-Time - Monday to Friday - 7 PM to 4 AM

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with 4+ years of post-qualification experience to manage financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, and financial planning. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a sound understanding of accounting standards, and the ability to support business decision-making through accurate financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations, including GST, income tax, and TDS.
• Coordinate and manage statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance.
• Ensure timely statutory filings and regulatory compliance.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Develop and improve internal financial controls and accounting processes.
• Support management with financial analysis, MIS reporting, and strategic decision-making.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Required Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from a recognized professional body.
• 4+ years of relevant post-qualification experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, auditing, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in budgeting and financial planning.
• Knowledge of IFRS/Ind AS (as applicable).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
