Civil Engineer jobs

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic fresh Graduate Civil Engineer to join our Marine Equipment Division. This position is ideal for fresh engineering graduates who are eager to develop their careers in the marine and port infrastructure industry. The selected candidate will work closely with senior engineers, consultants, and project teams to support engineering, installation, and construction activities related to marine equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical issues during engineering, construction, and installation phases of marine equipment projects.
• Provide technical support and develop a thorough understanding of company products and solutions.
• Understand and maintain project processes, procedures, and engineering parameters in coordination with Senior Engineers and consultants.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to develop and implement solutions that meet client requirements.
• Assist in the preparation, review, and documentation of technical proposals, methodologies, contracts, and project reports.
• Attend project meetings, prepare progress reports, and maintain effective communication with project stakeholders.
• Monitor industry developments, market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements within the marine sector.
• Be available for site assignments and travel as required by project needs.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong technical knowledge and willingness to learn marine equipment and port-related systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.

Work Location

• Site-based position (in-person).
• Travel and extended site stays may be required depending on project requirements.
