Red Feather Solutions (RFS) Private Limited is looking for a skilled and proactive Web Developer (AI-Assisted Development) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Shopify Liquid, and custom web development.

We are looking for someone who can effectively leverage AI-powered development tools to improve productivity, generate quality code, debug issues, and accelerate development. Excellent English communication skills are essential, as the role requires writing clear prompts, understanding technical documentation, and collaborating with international clients and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain websites and web applications.
• Build custom features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and Shopify Liquid.
• Perform custom coding, website customization, and third-party API integrations.
• Convert UI designs into responsive, pixel-perfect web pages.
• Utilize AI tools to assist with coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Stay updated with modern development technologies and AI-assisted workflows.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Python, and Shopify Liquid.
• Proven experience in custom coding and website customization.
• Experience with Shopify theme development and customization.
• Good understanding of APIs, Git, responsive design, and web performance.
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Gemini, Windsurf, or similar.
• Ability to write clear and effective prompts to maximize AI-assisted development.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• 1+ year of relevant experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
