Roots International Schools & Colleges (RISC) is looking for an experienced and proactive Training Manager to lead and manage the organizational training and development activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing effective learning programs, coordinating training sessions, and evaluating their impact on employee performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the organization’s annual training and development plan.
• Identify training needs through performance reviews, employee feedback, and departmental requirements.
• Design and deliver effective training programs for new and existing employees.
• Conduct orientation and onboarding training for new hires.
• Coordinate internal and external trainers, workshops, seminars, and learning sessions.
• Develop training materials, presentations, manuals, and learning resources.
• Monitor employee participation, attendance, and training completion.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance improvements.
• Maintain accurate training records and prepare regular training reports.
• Work closely with department heads to identify skill gaps and development requirements.
• Develop employee development programs and support career growth initiatives.
• Ensure training programs are aligned with organizational goals and business requirements.
• Introduce new and innovative learning methods to improve employee engagement.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on training activities, participation, and outcomes.
• Manage the training budget and ensure effective utilization of training resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of professional experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development, or a similar role.
• Previous experience in managing and coordinating employee training programs espacially in education Sector
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent training facilitation and public-speaking abilities.
• Ability to work with employees at different levels of the organization
