Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding academic programs, admissions, and career opportunities.
• Assess students' educational backgrounds and recommend suitable courses and institutions.
• Assist students with admission applications and documentation requirements.
• Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Maintain accurate student records in the CRM/system.
• Coordinate with universities, colleges, and partner institutions.
• Provide information regarding scholarships, visa processes, and study abroad opportunities.
• Conduct educational seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
• Achieve monthly and annual admission/enrollment targets.
• Handle student inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong counseling and sales abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
