Job Title: Data Entry Operator – Billing (Paint Industry)

Job Summary:
This job is about making bills (invoices) and entering sales data for a paint company. You will make sure all billing records are correct and updated.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and enter customer invoices for paint products
  • Record daily sales orders, dealer orders, and dispatch details
  • Maintain billing records in Microsoft Excel or billing software
  • Verify pricing, discounts, and tax calculations
  • Generate delivery challans and sales invoices
  • Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams for order processing
  • Manage product-wise price lists and dealer discounts
  • Record color codes, SKUs, and batch numbers in invoices
  • Ensure correct GST/tax application on paint products
  • Track dispatched vs billed quantities

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, sheets)
  • Familiarity with billing/invoicing software
  • Good typing speed and accuracy(40-50WPM)
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Attention to detail (important for pricing & tax accuracy)

Qualifications

  • Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree (B.Com preferred)
  • Computer diploma is an advantage
  • 1–2 years of billing/data entry experience preferred

Timing :8am-6pm
Location: Near PSE law college saggya baypass Lahore
