Zdigitizing LLC provides embroidery digitizing and vector art services to customers around the world. We focus on quality work and quick delivery. We are growing and looking for a Customer Support Representative who can provide excellent service and assist our international clients.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – 60,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat within defined response times.
Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and processes.
Handle order placement, edits, and ensure accurate data entry in CRM/helpdesk systems.
Track orders and assist customers with updates and account-related queries.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
Maintain high accuracy in all interactions to minimize errors and rework.
Ensure a positive customer experience and follow up for issue resolution.
Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
Job Requirements
Experience:
1–2 years of experience in customer service, support, or a related role.
Skills:
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to deal with international clients, especially from the UK and US.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Strong customer handling and active listening abilities.
Good typing speed and multitasking skills.
Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to handle difficult customers professionally.
System, Timing & Other Requirements
Reliable and high-speed internet connection.
Personal laptop or computer.
6–8 hours of power backup for uninterrupted work.
Willingness to work in monthly rotational shifts.
Agreement to company contract and policies.
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
