Job Title: Fresher / MTO – Network Security Support Analyst

Tekboox is a US-based IT company urgently seeking fresh graduates who are passionate about starting their careers in Networking & Security for the position of Fresher / MTO – Cyber Security & Network Support Engineer.

Job Requirements & Responsibilities:

· Adequate English communication skills (both verbal and written).

· Basic knowledge of networking concepts and operating systems (Linux preferred).

· Understanding of information security fundamentals.

· Respond promptly to firewall-related alerts and security incidents.

· Investigate security events and identify the root cause of issues.

· Proactively monitor firewall performance, including CPU/memory utilization, traffic throughput, and alert logs.

· Identify and troubleshoot basic firewall issues such as rule conflicts, high CPU/memory usage, and interface errors.

· Utilize management tools to monitor and analyze firewall activity.

· Implement basic mitigation steps and escalate critical issues to higher-level support when required.

· Assist in implementing firewall configuration changes (e.g., rule modifications).

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date SOPs for firewall configurations and operational procedures.

Qualification Required:

Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, BS IT, or other related disciplines.

Job Location & Timing:

· Location: DHA Y Block, Phase 3, Lahore

· Shift Timing: Night Shift – 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

· Work Mode: Onsite (5 days a week)
