Full job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support the institute in making data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will collect, organize, analyze, and interpret institutional data related to students, admissions, academics, and operations, and present insights in a clear and actionable format.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and organize data from different departments of the institute
- Analyze student performance, admissions, attendance, and operational data
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and visual summaries for management
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from institutional data
- Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality
- Support decision-making through data insights and reporting
- Create weekly/monthly/annual analytical reports
- Clean and structure raw data for analysis and reporting purposes
- Work with administrative teams to improve data systems and reporting processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of data interpretation and reporting
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
- Ability to present data in clear and understandable formats
Strong computer skills, including:
- Microsoft Excel
- Google Sheets
- Microsoft Power BI
- Tableau
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science / Statistics / Computer Science / Mathematics or related field
- Experience in educational institutes or academic data analysis
- Knowledge of databases and reporting systems
- Basic understanding of statistics and data modeling
- Ability to create dashboards and visual reports
