Seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making. The role involves transforming raw data into meaningful insights, developing dashboards and reports, identifying trends, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve operational and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools.
  • Interpret data trends and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Create and maintain recurring reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Perform ad hoc data analysis to address business requirements.
  • Design and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting and analytical needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.
  • Document data definitions, reporting procedures, and analytical methodologies.
  • Support data governance and compliance initiatives.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas).
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
  • Knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) or R for data analysis.
  • Understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
  • Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data preparation.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
  • Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
  • Familiarity with cloud analytics platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is an advantage.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Analytics, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Experience in Agile environments is a plus.
