Job Summary:

A Data Analyst uses data, statistical methods, and AI-powered tools to analyze information, generate insights, automate reporting, and support business decision-making. The role combines traditional analytics with modern AI tools to improve speed, accuracy, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
  • Build dashboards and reports for business performance tracking
  • Use AI tools to automate data cleaning and reporting tasks
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data
  • Support predictive analysis using machine learning and AI models
  • Create data visualizations for management decision-making
  • Collaborate with teams to define KPIs and business requirements
  • Present insights using clear reports and storytelling techniques
  • Improve data processes using AI-driven automation

AI Tools & Technologies Used:

  • ChatGPT / GPT tools – for data interpretation, SQL queries, and report writing support
  • Microsoft Copilot (Excel / Power BI) – automated insights, formulas, dashboards
  • Power BI AI features – natural language queries, AI visuals
  • Tableau AI / Einstein Analytics – predictive dashboards and smart insights
  • Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) – data analysis and machine learning
