Data Entry Executive – JD

Location: DHA Phase 5, Lahore — Onsite
Working Hours: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM OR 12:00 PM–9:00 PM

• This is a simple data entry position involving moving/transferring data from one place to another. It is NOT a Data Analyst or Data Analytics role.
• Salary will be determined based on relevant experience and last drawn salary.

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to handle routine data entry and data transfer tasks. This is a straightforward data entry role and does not involve data analytics, data science.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and transfer data accurately from one system, file, or platform to another.
• Maintain accurate and updated records.
• Verify information for completeness and accuracy.
• Organize and maintain digital records and files.
• Follow established data entry processes and instructions.
• Identify and report missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information.
• Complete assigned data entry tasks within deadlines.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant data entry experience preferred.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and other computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work onsite during the assigned shift.

Pay: Up to Rs70,000.00 per month
