Data Scientist (Remote – US Client Facing Role)

Compensation: 2,200 USDC/month + Up to 10% Performance Bonus

About the Role

All4U is looking for a skilled Data Scientist to build machine learning solutions, analyze complex datasets, and deliver data-driven insights for US-based clients.

This is a client-facing remote role. Strong English communication skills are required as you will participate in client meetings, technical discussions, interviews, and project presentations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deploy machine learning models for real-world business problems.

- Perform data analysis, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.

- Build solutions using machine learning, statistics, NLP, forecasting, and predictive modeling.

- Communicate technical solutions and project outcomes clearly to US clients.

- Collaborate with distributed teams and adapt to different projects and technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Science or Machine Learning.

- Strong Python skills (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL experience.

- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.

- Knowledge of model deployment, MLOps, and working with large datasets.

- Experience with cloud platforms or data warehouses (AWS, Azure, GCP, BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks) is a plus.

Preferred Experience

- NLP / Large Language Models (LLMs)

- Time-series forecasting

- Recommendation systems

- Previous client-facing or consulting experience

Required English Communication Skills

- Excellent spoken and written English communication.

- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

- Confidence in US client interviews, meetings, and presentations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
