Job Description – Rider

Position: Rider

Location: Lahore – DHA Phase 3, DHA Phase 6 & Gulberg
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, punctual, and reliable Rider to join the SALT Pakistan team. The rider will be responsible for delivering food, documents, supplies, and other items safely and on time while maintaining professional conduct.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver food, documents, supplies, and other items to designated locations.
  • Ensure timely and safe delivery while following assigned routes.
  • Handle company items and deliveries with care.
  • Assist restaurant and Corporate Office teams with daily delivery-related requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the motorcycle.
  • Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations.
  • Keep required documents such as a valid driving license and vehicle papers available.
  • Coordinate professionally with restaurant staff, customers, vendors, and management.
  • Report any delivery delays, vehicle issues, or other operational concerns to the supervisor.
  • Perform other rider-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Valid Motorcycle Driving License.
  • Previous experience as a Rider/Delivery Rider will be preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Lahore routes and locations.
  • Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
  • Good communication and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including morning or evening shifts.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
