We’re Hiring: Social Media Marketer / Digital Marketing Specialist

Remote | Night Shift | Pakistan Time

THQ Developers is a US-based company providing digital and healthcare-focused solutions, primarily serving healthcare businesses in Florida. We are looking for a skilled and reliable Social Media Marketer / Digital Marketing Specialist to support marketing for
SickNWell, a healthcare-access brand focused on helping people save on everyday care through a discount medical plan.

This role is ideal for someone who understands social media strategy, content planning, creative direction, AI-powered marketing tools, and clear communication with a US-based team.

Work Timing:
6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Time
Remote position

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage social media content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Create content ideas, captions, hooks, reels concepts, carousel concepts, and campaign angles
• Coordinate with the design and content team to produce strong, brand-aligned creatives
• Understand basic design principles, visual hierarchy, layout, branding, and social media creative trends
• Use AI tools to improve marketing research, content creation, campaign planning, and productivity
• Assist in paid and organic campaign planning
• Support email marketing campaigns, including content ideas, subject lines, and basic campaign structure
• Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor content
• Communicate clearly with the US team through calls, chats, and project updates

Requirements:

• Strong English speaking and writing skills
• Experience in social media marketing across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Basic understanding of paid ads and organic growth strategies
• Good creative sense and practical design knowledge
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut, Meta tools, or similar marketing tools
• Ability to work during night-shift hours according to Pakistan time
• Organized, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
• Healthcare, wellness, or service-based marketing experience is a plus
• Email marketing experience is a strong plus
• Stable high-speed internet connection for smooth communication and remote work
• Proper workstation/laptop setup suitable for night-shift remote work, video calls, design review, and daily marketing tasks
