Remote Physician Auditor & Data Entry Specialist (Part-Time)

We are seeking an experienced physician to join our team in a remote, part-time role focused on chart auditing, quality review, and data entry. This is a non-clinical position that supports documentation accuracy, compliance, and patient care quality.

Responsibilities

• Audit and review clinical documentation from physicians, nurses, aides, social workers, and chaplains.
• Identify missing, incomplete, or inaccurate information in patient records.
• Perform data entry and updates in the EMR/EHR system.
• Contact patients by phone to verify medications, demographics, and other medical information.
• Document findings accurately and communicate with staff through Microsoft Teams.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with active medical licensure.
• Minimum 5 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems and medical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written English skills.
• Clear spoken English with the ability to communicate professionally with patients by phone.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Ability to type at least 40 WPM.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM CST (U.S.)
• Approximately 3 hours per day
• $3.50 USD per hour (local currency equivalent varies based on exchange rate)

Remote Work Requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet
• Computer with webcam and microphone
• Must remain logged into Microsoft Teams with camera on during scheduled work hours (will not be paid if camera is off)
• Quiet, professional work environment free of background noise
• Be able to speak English without a heavy accent

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented physician seeking a structured remote role focused on documentation quality, chart review, and healthcare data management.

Pay: Rs969.50 per hour
