Sequel Technologies is a healthcare technology company providing healthcare IT solutions and medical billing services to healthcare providers and clinics across the United States.

We are looking for a non-practicing doctor with strong clinical knowledge and an interest in healthcare technology to help improve our EHR/EMR workflows, clinical documentation, and healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, review, and improve EHR/EMR workflows and clinical documentation.
• Develop and optimize SOAP notes, clinical templates, treatment plans, procedures, and reports.
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and internal teams to understand clinical workflows and requirements.
• Provide clinical expertise and structured feedback to improve healthcare software features.
• Review clinical documentation for accuracy, consistency, and usability.
• Train internal teams and clients on clinical best practices and EHR functionalities.
• Ensure clinical workflows and documentation align with relevant healthcare standards and regulatory requirements.
• Translate clinical requirements into clear and actionable recommendations for software and operations teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• Completed MBBS/MD/DO or equivalent medical degree.
• Non-practicing doctors are preferred.
• Experience in a clinical setting or healthcare IT/EHR/EMR environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of:
• Clinical workflows
• Patient assessment and documentation
• Treatment processes
• Medical terminology
• EHR/EMR systems
• Familiarity with medical billing, coding, and healthcare compliance is an advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand clinical requirements and communicate them effectively to technical and non-technical teams.

US Time Zone Working Hours

• Summer: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• Winter: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
