Executive Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to join our account and finance team. If you have good communication skills and can handle daily accounting tasks efficiently, we would love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day accounts and bookkeeping.
  • Maintaining ledger accounts, sales, and purchase entries.
  • Handling Excel records, invoicing, and inventory/payment reconciliation.
  • Assisting in monthly financial reporting and cash flow tracking.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Skills: Strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
