Key Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HT and LT electrical distribution systems.
• Supervise the operation and maintenance of transformers, substations, switchgear, circuit breakers, and protection systems.
• Monitor and maintain powerhouse operations, including generators, synchronization panels, and power distribution equipment.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on all electrical equipment.
• Diagnose electrical faults and implement effective corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Ensure uninterrupted power supply and efficient load management throughout the facility.
• Plan and execute electrical installations, upgrades, and expansion projects.
• Prepare electrical layouts, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and technical documentation.
• Monitor electrical energy consumption and recommend energy-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with national electrical standards and company safety procedures.
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical panels, motors, cables, transformers, and protection devices.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams during shutdowns and planned maintenance activities.
• Manage electrical contractors and supervise outsourced electrical work.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and equipment history.
• Ensure proper inventory of electrical spare parts and recommend procurement requirements.
• Investigate electrical incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Train technicians on safe electrical work practices and troubleshooting techniques.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
• Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant industrial experience in manufacturing or process industries.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of HT and LT electrical systems.
• Hands-on experience with transformers, substations, switchgear, RMUs, and protection relays.
• Experience in powerhouse operations and generator synchronization.
• Knowledge of electrical control panels, MCCs, PCCs, VFDs, PLCs, and industrial automation.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and single-line diagrams.
• Familiarity with electrical testing instruments and diagnostic tools.
• Understanding of earthing systems, lightning protection, and power factor correction.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and permit-to-work systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is an advantage.

Pay: Up to Rs105,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
