We are hiring a full-time Outbound Email Marketing Manager at Marked. In this role, you will build and manage our cold email outreach system. You will be responsible for setting up technical email infrastructure, scraping high-quality lead lists, and optimizing campaigns to get positive replies, as well as setting up Drip campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Setup: Purchase secondary domains and configure DNS records including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX.
• Inbox Management: Set up new email inboxes, manage the warmup process, and monitor sender reputation to ensure high deliverability.
• Lead Generation: Scrape, clean, and enrich B2B lead lists using modern data tools to keep bounce rates under 2%.
• Campaign Management: Build multi-step drip campaigns, and set up automated scheduling.
• Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, run A/B tests on subject lines and scripts, and manage domain rotation to stay out of the spam folder.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years of experience specifically running cold outbound B2B email and drip campaigns.
• Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like Instantly.ai, Smartlead.ai, Apollo, Clay, and list verification software.
• Technical Knowledge: Clear understanding of email deliverability, domain throttling, and current email provider policies.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
