Education

• MBA (Management Information Systems - MIS)
• MS in Information Technology
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Functional and ERP Development experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation, customization, and optimisation across all departments.
• Manage ERP functional and technical support to ensure smooth business operations.
• Coordinate with users to analyse business requirements and implement effective ERP solutions.
• Oversee system integrations, data migration, and database integrity.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Train end-users and promote ERP best practices across the organisation.
• Collaborate with vendors for system upgrades, maintenance, and new developments.
• Generate MIS reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.
• Ensure ERP security, compliance, and data accuracy.
• Drive continuous process improvement through ERP automation and digital transformation.

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
