Job Title: MTO ERP (MSD365)

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
- 0–1 year of experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Academic projects, internships, or certifications in ERP systems (MS Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, etc.) will be a plus.
Skills:
- Basic understanding of ERP concepts and business process integration.
- Familiarity with database management, SQL queries, or ERP modules is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn ERP configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.
- Good communication skills for collaborating with teams.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in ERP system implementation, customization, and maintenance under supervision.
- Support senior ERP team members in data migration, testing, and documentation.
- Help troubleshoot basic ERP system issues and provide user support.
- Learn and assist in training end-users on ERP functionalities.
- Participate in business process analysis to align ERP solutions with organizational needs.
- Ensure data accuracy and system security within assigned modules.
