Full job description
We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled ODOO ERP Specialist to manage and enhance the company’s IT and business systems infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ODOO ERP, including system administration, implementation/configuration of modules, customization/integration support, and troubleshooting. Experience with omnichannel retail/e-commerce systems will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support daily operations of the company’s ODOO ERP and omnichannel systems
- Implement, configure, and optimize ODOO modules/processes based on business requirements
- Coordinate and/or execute technical customizations, integrations, and enhancements within ODOO
- Troubleshoot ERP, system, hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Support omnichannel operations including POS, e-commerce platforms, inventory/order synchronization, and marketplace integrations
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand system/process improvement requirements
- Coordinate with third-party vendors/developers for system enhancements when required
- Ensure system uptime, security, backups, and IT infrastructure reliability
- Maintain IT documentation, user access controls, and system records
- Recommend technology/process improvements to support operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Experience Required
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in IT / ERP / Systems Support
- Proven hands-on experience with ODOO ERP
- Experience in ERP implementation/configuration/customization/integration
- Experience with omnichannel retail/e-commerce/POS systems preferred
- Experience in retail, distribution, or e-commerce environment will be an advantage
Technical Skills
- ODOO ERP Administration & Functional/Technical Support
- ERP Module Implementation & Configuration
- API / Third-Party System Integrations
- Database Knowledge (SQL / PostgreSQL preferred)
- Windows / Network / Hardware / Software Troubleshooting
- Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of ODOO/Python development is a plus
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently
- Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
