· Manage and monitor the company's ERP system and related modules on a day-to-day basis.

· Act as the primary ERP support person for all departments and users.

· Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP-related issues, errors, and system discrepancies.

· Understand departmental requirements and ensure that the ERP system supports business processes effectively.

· Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Sales, Production, Purchase, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and other departments regarding ERP-related matters.

· Investigate system issues and provide timely solutions to users.

· Coordinate with the ERP software vendor/development team for issues that require technical support or system-level changes.

· Follow up with vendors until issues are completely resolved.

· Monitor ERP transactions and identify incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent entries.

· Ensure proper integration and flow of data between different ERP modules.

· Manage ERP users, roles, access rights, and permissions as authorized by management.

· Assist users in understanding and properly utilizing ERP modules and functions.

· Provide training and guidance to employees on ERP processes whenever required.

· Identify gaps in existing ERP processes and recommend improvements.

· Assist in implementing new ERP modules, features, reports, and system enhancements.

· Test system updates, modifications, and new functionalities before implementation.

· Maintain proper documentation of ERP issues, solutions, processes, and system changes.

· Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ERP system.

· Prepare MIS reports and extract required data from the ERP for management.

· Develop and maintain customized reports according to departmental and management requirements.

· Monitor system performance and highlight recurring issues to management.

· Ensure timely resolution of critical ERP issues that may affect business operations.

· Support ERP backup, data security, and recovery processes in coordination with the IT/vendor team.

· Continuously identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and better utilization of the ERP system.

· Perform any other ERP/MIS-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
