Head of IT & Odoo ERP

Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Head of IT & Odoo ERP to lead the Company's IT operations and Odoo ERP environment. The ideal candidate will ensure reliable IT infrastructure, effective ERP utilization, data security, user support, and continuous technology-driven process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall IT operations, infrastructure, systems, security, and user support.
• Manage and optimize the Company's Odoo ERP, including configuration, workflows, access, modules, and reporting.
• Support key Odoo modules including Accounts, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, Payroll, and Manufacturing.
• Implement ERP automation, integrations, and process improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy, system security, backups, access controls, and business continuity.
• Coordinate with Odoo developers, vendors, and service providers for customization, upgrades, and technical support.
• Lead IT/ERP projects, manage vendors and procurement, and supervise the IT team.
• Train users and ensure effective Odoo adoption and system utilization.
• Provide management with IT/ERP reports, recommendations, and technology solutions.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant IT/ERP experience, with strong hands-on Odoo experience.
• Proven experience in Odoo implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, customization, and user support.
• Experience with multiple Odoo modules and IT infrastructure/network management.
• Experience in manufacturing, trading, distribution, or diversified business environments will be preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
