Education:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
Experience:- 6–8 years of experience in maintenance or facility management.
- Proven experience managing maintenance operations for retail outlets, shopping malls, or multi-site commercial facilities.
Job Description:-
- Manage the maintenance operations of all retail outlets, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, civil, and mechanical systems.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repair, renovation, and maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular inspections of retail stores to identify maintenance requirements.
- Ensure timely resolution of maintenance complaints from stores.
- Monitor maintenance budgets and control repair and operating costs.
- Supervise maintenance staff and external service providers.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, equipment servicing, and vendor performance.
- Support new store openings, renovations, and refurbishment projects.
- Collaborate with Operations, Projects, and Administration teams to ensure smooth facility management.
Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
