Senior Fashion Designer (Women’s Wear)
Location: Lahore (On-site)
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Job Summary
Subhan Tex Embroidery is seeking a Senior Fashion Designer to develop commercially successful women’s wear collections for Pakistan and international wholesale markets. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in embroidery, garment construction, product development, and production coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Design commercial formal, semi-formal, luxury pret, and casual collections.
- Research the latest Pakistani and international fashion trends (online & offline).
- Develop affordable premium products suitable for wholesale retailers.
- Create embroidery concepts and collaborate with the digitizing team.
- Must have hands-on knowledge of Wilcom Embroidery Studio.
- Work closely with sampling, stitching, pattern making, and production teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Select fabrics, trims, colors, and embroidery techniques based on market demand.
- Ensure all designs are production-ready, cost-effective, and commercially viable.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in women’s fashion.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, stitching techniques, and pattern development.
- Proficient in Wilcom (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of embroidery production.
- Ability to collaborate across design, sampling, merchandising, and production departments.
- Commercial mindset with knowledge of wholesale fashion trends and customer preferences.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful commercial collections.
