Second Slice by fork n knife s looking for energetic, customer-focused, and professional F&B Service Staff (Waiters & Order Takers) to join our team and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Present menus and explain menu items, promotions, and specials.
• Take food and Dessert orders accurately.
• Serve food according to restaurant service standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and setup of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and cashier teams for smooth operations.
• Process bills and assist guests during checkout when required.
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and grooming standards at all times.
• Receive and process dine-in, room service, and takeaway orders.
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely order delivery.
• Answer guest inquiries regarding menu items and services.
• Handle guest calls professionally and efficiently.
• Monitor order status and resolve service-related issues.
• Maintain accurate order records and billing information.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in a pizza restaurant.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and in rotational shifts.
• Knowledge of food service standards and hospitality etiquette.

Work Location: Johar town Lahore

Pay: Rs28,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per day
