Position Summary:
The Delivery Rider is responsible for delivering food orders to customers in a timely and safe manner while maintaining good customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up orders from the restaurant and deliver them to customers on time.
- Ensure safe handling of food during delivery.
- Follow traffic rules and safety guidelines while riding.
- Maintain polite and professional behavior with customers.
- Coordinate with branch staff regarding order pickup and delivery updates.
- Keep the delivery bag and equipment clean and in good condition.
Requirements:
- Must have own motorcycle.
- Must have a valid driving license.
- Basic knowledge of local routes and areas.
