Job Summary

Avari Hotel Lahore is seeking a hardworking and reliable Dishwasher to support kitchen operations by ensuring all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized according to hotel hygiene standards. The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Operate dishwashing machines safely and efficiently.
• Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and free from hazards.
• Dispose of waste and maintain cleanliness of garbage disposal areas.
• Assist the kitchen team with general cleaning and stewarding duties.
• Restock cleaned items for kitchen and restaurant operations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and occupational health & safety standards.
• Report any damaged equipment or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Support the stewarding team during peak operational hours.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or catering environment is preferred.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
