The Receptionist is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors, clients, and employees. The role includes supervising reception staff, managing front office activities, coordinating administrative support, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the front desk and reception area.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate reception and front desk staff.
  • Ensure all visitors and guests are greeted professionally and assisted promptly.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Oversee courier services, mail distribution, and reception-related administrative tasks.
  • Monitor front office supplies and coordinate procurement when required.
  • Develop and implement front desk procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
