Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Frontend Developer to join our design and development team. The Frontend Developer will play a pivotal role in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experiences across our digital products. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both user interface design and user experience principles, as well as proficiency in relevant design and prototyping tools.

Responsibilities;

Responsive Design: Ensure user interfaces are responsive and accessible across various devices and screen sizes.

Front-End Development: Translate design concepts into functional user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, collaborating closely with front-end developers.

Usability and Accessibility: Ensure designs and interfaces adhere to usability and accessibility best practices, following WCAG guidelines.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, present design ideas, and incorporate feedback throughout the design process.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, HCI, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Frontend Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your development skills.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability concepts.
• Experience with front-end web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap and responsive design frameworks.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries to maintain design consistency.
• Knowledge of usability testing and user research methodologies.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and how to implement accessible design.
• Strong communication skills to present and explain design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to iterate on designs based on feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
