Job Overview

Aroma 24/7 is seeking a highly creative and experienced Photographer / Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess strong expertise in photography, videography, lighting recreation, and post-production editing. The candidate should be capable of producing premium-quality visual content that aligns with our brand standards and creative vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photos and videos for marketing campaigns, social media, advertisements, product launches, and promotional content.
• Recreate lighting setups, camera angles, and visual styles according to references provided by the Creative Team.
• Plan and execute indoor and outdoor shoots while maintaining professional production standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Team to transform concepts into compelling visual stories.
• Perform advanced color grading and color correction for both photos and videos to ensure consistency and a premium look.
• Edit and retouch images and videos in line with brand guidelines.
• Operate and maintain professional photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting systems, gimbals, stabilizers and audio equipment.
• Manage digital assets and ensure proper organization of media files.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, creative techniques, and production technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Photographer and Videographer with a strong portfolio showcasing commercial work.
• Must have prior experience working with major brands, agencies, or well-established companies.
• Demonstrated ability to execute high-quality campaigns for recognized brands.
• Strong understanding of photography, cinematography, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Expertise in recreating lighting setups and camera angles from reference materials.
• Proficiency in color grading and color correction for both photos and videos.
• Hands-on experience with professional editing software, including:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe Lightroom
• Adobe Photoshop
• DaVinci Resolve
• After Effects (preferred)
• Experience using professional camera systems, lighting equipment, and stabilization gear.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, food, hospitality, lifestyle, or e-commerce industries.
• Knowledge of social media trends and content optimization across multiple platforms.
• Ability to conceptualize and independently execute creative ideas from start to finish.
