We’re looking for a creative powerhouse to join our pizza brand as a Graphic Designer & Content Creator / Social Media Manager. If you live and breathe design, understand social media trends, and know how to create mouth-watering visuals that make people stop scrolling—this role is for you.

You’ll handle day-to-day content creation, design brand assets, manage posting schedules, and keep our audience engaged across all platforms. From crafting irresistible pizza ads to producing short-form videos, your creativity will help elevate our brand to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality graphics for social media, website, ads, and print.
• Create engaging posts, stories, reels, and short videos showcasing products and brand identity.
• Manage daily posting across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Develop content calendars and plan campaigns for promotions, product launches, and events.
• Photograph and film products, behind-the-scenes content, and customer experiences when needed.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor social media trends and use insights to improve performance.
• Edit videos, enhance product images, and optimize content for each platform.
• Respond to comments/messages professionally and maintain community engagement.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–3 years experience in graphic design, content creation, or social media management (food/restaurant industry is a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and video work.
• Knowledge of brand identity and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and think creatively.

Tools & Software Candidates Should Know:

Graphic Design:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Canva
• Figma (optional but preferred)

Video Editing:

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• CapCut or VN (for quick social edits)
• DaVinci Resolve (optional)

Photography & Content Tools:

• Lightroom
• Mobile gimbal / smartphone shooting skills
• Basic product photography skills

Social Media & Management Tools:

• Meta Business Suite
• TikTok Creative Center
• Later / Buffer / Hootsuite (any scheduling tool)
• ChatGPT & AI content tools
• Google Drive & Workspace

Additional Preferences:

• Passion for food branding and restaurant marketing.
• Ability to create trendy, fun, and eye-catching content.
• Understanding of advertising creatives for paid campaigns.
• Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
