Job Title: Front Desk Cashier

Location: Gulshan e Iqbal Block 2

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Front Desk Cashier to manage customer orders and handle cash transactions efficiently at our fast food outlet. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic math ability, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
• Handle cash, card, and online payments
• Issue receipts and maintain proper billing records
• Ensure correct order entry into the system
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for order preparation
• Manage customer queries and complaints professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk
• Balance cash drawer at the end of the shift
• Follow company policies and hygiene standards

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc) or equivalent
• Prior experience in cashier or customer service preferred
• Basic computer/POS system knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Honest, punctual, and responsible
