Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our outlets. This role is responsible for ensuring high standards of service, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence while driving business performance and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations to deliver seamless and efficient service.
• Lead and mentor a team of staff by providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve any guest complaints or concerns.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with senior management to implement strategies for revenue growth and improved customer experience.
• Track sales, inventory, expenses, and staff performance; prepare and submit periodic reports.
• Manage scheduling, shift coverage, and workforce planning in line with business needs.
• Ensure cost control, waste reduction, and efficient resource utilization within the outlet.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 2–3 years of managerial experience in the food & beverage or hospitality industry.
• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and engage staff.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory control, cost management, and service quality standards.

Working Conditions:

• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
